Will my item be shipped in discreet packaging?

Yes, everything that leaves our warehouse comes in very discreet, plain packaging ensuring privacy for all of our customers

What is on the items shipping label?

All items ship with the letters STB as the ship from address, ensuring privacy as our company name is not shown on the packaging.

I don’t like the item I purchased; May I return it for a refund?

Due to the nature of these items we do not accept returns for used items.

What kind of returns do you accept?

We accept returns for non-working, DOA, defective items as well as items damaged during shipping.

I am looking for a specific item I don’t see on your site, Can you get it for me?

We work very hard to make sure we update our site with new items every day to ensure our customers are able to purchase the latest and greatest toys. Wait a few days, chances are we’ll update it and offer the product. If after a few days you still don’t see the item give us a call and we will gladly order one for you.
